Announcing 2005 Registration and Evaluation

Registration--At South Main Baptist Church Family Life Center--Tuesday, May17th

For Boys and Girls, Ages 5 through 18 (With Birthdays between Aug 1, 1986 & July 31, 2000)

5:30pm to 6:00pm Registration, 6:00--7:00 General & Age Specific Information

Please bring: Photo-copy of the player's birth certificate, 2"x2" photo and $20 registration fee

Player Evaluations--for Ages 11 thru 17--At Phoenix Field on Phoenix Street

(behind former Greenwood High School)

Thursday, May 19th and Tuesday, May 24th--Attendance at both sessions is required

5:30 to 7:00pm--Evaluation for Boys and Girls U12--U14

(birthdays between Aug 1, 1991 & July 31, 1994)

7:00 to 8:30pm--Evaluation for Boys and Girls U15--U18

(birthdays between Aug 1, 1986 & July 31, 1991

Attendance at both sessions is required. Bring ball, shin guards, cleats and water.
