We originally got this idea from an old VAX program. MoonPhase 1.2
is a professionally developed MS Windows application that adds a new twist to the ol'
"moon phase" program. MoonPhase looks at your system time & date,
calculates the current phase of the moon and then immediately sets the Windows background
to show a modern picture of the near and far sides of the moon (thanks to the U.S.
government's Clementine program) with the appropriate shadowing. Run this program
under the startup menu or run it as a scheduled process.
